Project services, also known as Hard FM, are Mechanical and Electrical services that we deliver through our pool of qualified and skilled Engineers. We offer a range of building maintenance services Nationwide and across Europe. We understand the significance of successfully completing planned and reactive works, meeting compliance and the verification and management of assets.

Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) 
Our PPM delivery methodology ensures that every scheduled maintenance activity on plant or equipment is carried out to meet industry standards, on time by experienced technicians. They work with robust schedules and data to meet legislative compliance, as well as manufacture warranties and recommendations.

Our PPM solution is delivered through a flexible model that operates alongside our Integrated+ approach or a standalone service. All of our skilled engineers are equipped and trained to use our state-of-the-art CAFM system via iPads so they can update a PPM task or complete them on the go.

Apleona engineers are trained to deliver PPM works to your building, such as boiler maintenance, generators, heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC), fire alarms, CCTV, lifts, escalators, water treatment, portable appliance testing (PAT), fixed wiring testing and statutory testing.

Project Works 
If your requirement is ad-hoc or developed through a project based scheme, we can help. Our professional Project Managers develop accurate designs and plans, demonstrating clear time scales and indicative cost of your entire project and once agreed can then deliver it through to completion both on time and budget.

Apleona can act as both PSDP and PSCS, managing the works process including Health & Safety and compliance from start to finish.

Reactive Maintenance 
Although building assets are managed through PPM, Electrical and Mechanical faults can occur at any time. That is why we have a pool of qualified Engineers who can attend sites, to fix jobs responsively.

Apleona provide a 24/7/365 Reactive Maintenance service to our clients, operating a mobile support team that operates through the country. Our mobile support team is manned by our qualified and experienced team of technicians, allowing us to respond to our client’s reactive callouts quickly.

By assessing your building's energy consumption and carbon footprint, we provide market analysis and real-time management information (MI) for your building(s). Utility Data Management 
Our platforms operate through an automatic Monitoring and Targeting (aM&T) structure, which requires minimal manned-time, yet the intelligent data allows you to track the effectiveness of implemented energy initiatives as well as allowing you to allocate budgets to individual departments.

We deliver this through a cloud based platform that is scalable to work with you, in any type of building environment. We install specific energy meters to your property to extract and maintain data into the platform.
