Apleona were tasked to supply a Total Facility Management service to our client’s manufacturing and office sites throughout Europe; the majority of which are situated in Ireland. Initially Apleona were tasked with servicing 5 sites.

Apleona Ireland very successfully mobilised all sites within an eight-week period by creating a dedicated Mobilisation Team consisting of Apleona Subject Matter Experts who followed a predefined plan.

Apleona now provide a Total Facility Management service to 7 of our client sites, plus another in the UK, this is testament to the high level of service and saving we have brought to the client. At the beginning we were asked to provide the more normal Facility Management service for example, M&E, Cleaning and Security; however, the services we supplied quickly expanded to include Waste Management, Energy Management, HSEQ Consultancy, and the development and introduction of Technology.
