James joined Apleona in July 2017 as Chief Executive of UK and Ireland, with responsibility for all day-to-day operations. 

A graduate of the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, James has extensive prior experience in the industry having worked as Operations Director, Facilities Director and Managing Director before commencing a CEO role with SPIE in 2010.

   
Ray has more than 20 years’ experience in the FM industry, having started his career as an Engineer. He joined the business in 2005 to manage a large financial services account before being promoted to Operations Director and ultimately Managing Director in mid-2017.

   
Jacqui boasts more than 30 years’ experience of People Management, having started her career in the catering industry. She joined the business in 2011, with a particular focus on a large shopping centre portfolio, before being promoted to Operations Director and ultimately Managing Director for the UK FM business in spring 2019.

   
Originally from Paris, Raphael’s career has taken him to Brussels and Eindhoven before relocating to London in 2006. Since joining Apleona in September 2017, Raphael has held responsibility for developing, communicating and translating Divisional and Group strategies into comprehensive execution plans and results. 
He is looking forward to a new challenge assisting the Workspace team as Divisional Managing Director for Workspace, a role which took effect in March 2020.

   
Jane has been with the business since 2013, progressing from HR Manager to Head of HR and now Director of HR (UK & Ireland), becoming part of the Board in January 2018. 

In her role, Jane has responsibility for leading the development and delivery of our people activities, ensuring alignment with our overall strategic business plan.   

Fiona Frater is our newest member of the Board, joining in August 2021. Fiona originally joined the company in June 2014, as Head of Tax and Reporting, and becoming Group Financial Controller in March 2016.

Fiona is responsible for Legal, Property and Insurance.
